CEO

ALLEN WANG

CEO|ALLEN WANG

Originally from Taiwan, he came to Japan in 2010 because of her longing for a cultural city, and is based in Asakusa. Since I was a student, I gained language skills and experience in the advertising industry, and while being involved in digital marketing and inbound business, I felt an issue with the decline of traditional Japanese crafts. In 2020, they launched “MUSASHI JAPAN” together with director Jack, and conveyed the appeal of Japan to the world through Japanese knives and sake. We have a vision to redefine traditional crafts according to the present day and pass them on to the next generation. The creed of action is “Act, and God Will Act.” Utilizing the diversity of over 90% of our employees are foreign nationals, we continue to take on challenges connecting tradition and innovation.

JACK TOU

CPO|JACK TOU

Born in China. I completed a 3,000-kilometer trip by bicycle at age 19, and since then I have deepened my interest in Japanese culture and kitchen knives while working in multicultural environments such as America and South Africa. I have a knife craftsman from Shikoku as my mentor, and my mission is to convey the appeal of Japanese knives to the world. In 2020, he established MUSASHI JAPAN with Allen, and now he is working hard to develop traditional crafts and develop new stores as the person in charge of the product division. The creed is “heart, always never leave the path.”

At the end of 2025, after M&A, they joined the group and changed the company name to “TAIMATSU STUDIO CO., LTD.” While serving as Representative Director and CEO, he oversees branding and creative strategy for the entire group as Director and CCO of TAIMATSU Co., Ltd. Through expressions born from that sincerity, we continue to pursue values that resonate with hearts around the world.
